Dell Boomi today announced the Fall 2016 update of its industry-leading integration platform-as-a-service (iPaaS).
The new capabilities and enhancements further improve how Boomi customers can rapidly and cost-effectively integrate their data across applications in hybrid IT environments of cloud-based and legacy on-premises systems.

With the backing of Dell as one of the world’s largest and most respected technology companies, Boomi continually invests in improving and evolving its cloud integration platform.
The new Fall 2016 updates were driven by our customers and diverse user community. Listening to the needs of our customers is paramount to our success and reflected in our 96% subscription renewal rate.
The Fall 2016 release includes more than 200 features covering four primary areas:
The updates provide enhancements to the user interface for improved guidance and assistance, including more robust search functions and embedded help. These make it easier for new Boomi users to rapidly become proficient, as well as providing more flexibility in how users can tailor the interface for their needs.
The updates further reduce implementation complexities with an expanded list of connectors for popular applications and cloud services, new pre-built integration processes, and an open source web application for building custom interfaces.
Data Governance and Security
The updates offer additional means for controlling and protecting data with new master data management (MDM) and security certificate capabilities, helping customers ensure the quality and safety of their data.
The updates provide new EDI and API management capabilities that boost visibility and control of integrations deployed in production.
